Day 28 - Ullapool

Ullapool Sunset No.1
Ullapool Sunset No.2
All this driving is sooo tiring!!!

Yet again, a lovely, calm morning so we played Ullapool GC. It is 9 hole course, with alternative tees, all the way along Loch Broom. A woman was there to do the catering and also take the money, £20 for a day ticket, with trolley, but when we finished she had gone home but the clubhouse was still open for anyone to use! Taz had her first taste of golf too, and accompanied us for the first 9. I think she enjoyed it but as a caddy she is rubbish. She kept giving me the wrong club! Golf is very laid back up here, you can play in any clothing and the subs are really cheap. It really is a sport for everyone. Not for Ross though, as he just about managed 31pts to my 35! We are playing for a really big prize you know!
Spent the rest of the day reading by the loch, were we are camped, then had an indian takeaway from just outside the site gates. Ross had been given lamb instead of chicken but apart from that it was great.
Just seen a motorhome with this written on the back
"Adventure before Dementia".
Couldn't agree more!
