We survived the night of wind and rain without a tree crashing down on us, actually it was not as bad as the forecast, thank God. Trundled around Dunoon and did some shopping, (good old Morrisons), plus we managed to get an item, here that we have been searching for, for the last 6 weeks.
From here we did the coast road via the narrow winding road throught Hells Glen to Lochgoilhead, to Ardgartan and our site for the night. This is a beauty, a Camping and Caravaning Club site on the shores of Loch long, in the Argyll Forest Park. Loads of footpaths and cycle paths to wear us out. A tipple of Tallisker and Chicken Kiev and a lazy night, after a walk in the forest.
